Greg McCray
Chief Executive Officer
Greg is an experienced executive with over 20 years of international marketing and management experience in the communications technology industry. Prior to Antenova, he was the CEO of the wireless start-up PipingHot Networks, where they successfully raised $27M US in venture capital funding and brought broadband fixed wireless access equipment to market. Previous to PipingHot, Greg was Senior VP Customer Operations at Lucent Technologies where he managed the 1500 person Customer Technical Operations Group for Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA). He preceded this by leading sales operations for the Eastern Region of the United States for Lucent. Earlier in his career he held engineering, product management and other managerial roles at AT&T and IBM.

Greg holds a B.S. in Computer Engineering from Iowa State University, an M.S. in Systems Engineering from Purdue University, and Executive Business Programs at the University of Illinois, Harvard, and INSEAD.
Nigel Litchfield
Non-Executive Director
Nigel has more than 14 years of executive and product management experience within Nokia Mobile Phones. Most recently Nigel served as President of Vertu, the wholly owned luxury mobile phone subsidiary of Nokia, where he was involved in defining the initial strategy to launching the first 2 product ranges and setting up distribution in over 20 countries. Prior to Vertu, he was Senior VP Nokia Mobile Phones responsible for APAC region based in Singapore and Hong Kong, where he established Nokia as the leading brand in Asia. Additional previous roles held within Nokia Mobile Phones were Senior VP Global Product Marketing, MD Nokia Mobile Phones UK, and he was a member of the Nokia Mobile Phones Board for over 10 years. Prior to Nokia, Nigel held management positions in retail marketing and purchasing for major retailers such as Currys, Dixons, Texas Homecare and most latterly as Purchasing Director of Granada Rental and Retail.
Andrew Carruthers
Non-Executive Director
Andrew is Chief Executive Officer of SPARK Ventures. He sits on the Board of Aspex Semiconductor, DEM, iSporty and DX3, leading SPARK’s active participation in the development of these companies. Over recent years he has led the sale of Footfall to Experian for £36m and the sale of Pricerunner to Valueclick for $36m having been on the board of that company since 2002. He was previously a Director of NewMedia Investors responsible for capital raising and corporate finance for a range of technology businesses including Lastminute.com. Prior to that he was involved in the operational management of technology and finance as a Director or Founder of online information, TV and digital distribution companies in the US and UK. Andrew qualified as an accountant with KPMG. He was appointed to the Board of SPARK Ventures on 27 September 1999.


Michael Bennett
Non-Executive Director
Michael has a First Class BSc degree in Electronic Engineering from Southampton University where he was a National Engineering Scholar.

He was sponsored at Southampton by British Telecom and returned for 4 years latterly as Account Manager responsible for IBM.

Michael was awarded an MBA with High Distinction from Harvard Business School in 1993, where he was a Baker Scholar, a Fulbright Scholar and was winner of the Loeb Prize in finance.

He spent 4 years working for McKinsey and Co. in London in their telecommunications, technology and industrial practices.

Michael joined LMS Capital in 1998 to establish their UK venture capital operations and, over the following 8 years built and managed a £120 million portfolio of technology investment assets. Former board positions include ProStrakan [PSK.L], DMATEK [DTK.L], Ridgeway (sold to Tandberg [TAA.OL]), Corizon, Entuity, First Index, Cityspace and 7 Global.
